Docear is a powerful tool to improve the research activity giving us an efficient way to organize and systematic putting order in our pdf files. This a suggested simple workflow of how I am using it right now:
In the next screenshoot we can see how, modifying bibliography information in the bibtex database of Docear, it can be automatically synchronized with the references section in a Microsoft Word document.
Each new document (e.g. PDF scientific article) we put in the folder where Docear is monitoring, will appear automatically in the mindmap/three structure of Docear, moving it later to the reference frame still inside Docear, we can fetch meta-data information of the article and later used it in Microsoft Word as one more reference.
